Personalisation turns a useful object into a piece connected to a person, place or moment. Available options vary by product.

What to send

Use the personalisation field, where available, for names, initials, dates, a short message or colour request. For a portrait product, contact us with the product name before sending an image so we can confirm file quality and the safest way to provide it.

We confirm before making

Spelling, capitalisation and dates are produced from the information supplied by the customer. We may contact you to clarify layout, image quality, wood tone or technical limits. Production begins only after the required details are complete and the order has been accepted.

Natural differences

The same engraving can appear lighter or darker on different grain. These variations are part of real wood and make each piece unique.
