Changing your mind

For eligible standard goods bought at a distance, EU consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to notify the trader of withdrawal without giving a reason. After notice, the goods normally need to be returned within the following 14 days. Contact [email protected] for return instructions before sending anything.

Personalised goods

The statutory right of withdrawal can be excluded for goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Any applicable exception will be identified before purchase.

Return condition and costs

Use suitable protective packaging. A customer may inspect a product as they would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may affect the refund. Responsibility for direct return costs will be disclosed before purchase.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, reimbursement is made using the original payment method unless another arrangement is expressly agreed. The timing and any lawful withholding until the goods or proof of return are received follow applicable consumer law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with the order reference, a description and clear photographs. Statutory legal-guarantee remedies are not limited by this policy.
