Products and handmade variation

Products are handmade from natural wood. Grain, shade and small details can vary from the photographs without changing the agreed design. Product descriptions, dimensions and available personalisation options form part of the pre-purchase information.

Personalisation

The customer is responsible for checking submitted names, dates, spelling, images and other instructions. We may request clarification before accepting an order. Clearly personalised goods can be subject to a statutory withdrawal exception, as explained before purchase.

Prices, payment, taxes and delivery

Catalogue prices are displayed in euros. The final price, applicable tax treatment, payment method, production lead time, delivery charge and total amount payable must be displayed or confirmed before an order is accepted. No payment is collected by this website while checkout is closed.
