GretaOto Design ships exclusively to the 27 member states of the European Union. Orders with delivery addresses in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or any other non-EU country are not accepted.

Shipping method and delivery time

The catalogue and cart are active. A delivery method, its charge and the estimated delivery time must be displayed during checkout before an order can be completed. Handmade and personalised pieces may require production time before dispatch.

Please review names, dates, messages and uploaded references carefully. We may contact you to confirm the personalisation details before production begins.

Delivery support

If an accepted order is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us with the order reference and photographs where relevant so we can investigate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
